“COVID-19” RV-Generated Data Set

Objective

The ongoing COVID-19 situation is undoubtedly the single defining factor in the direction our human civilization will take for at least a generation - and likely longer. Perhaps unsurprisingly, there seems to be a great deal of confusion and misunderstanding among the populace - at all levels - regarding any number of issues associated with the larger picture of this COVID-19 timeline. This is perfectly reasonable and understandable. Rational, intelligent, and highly qualified people have continually issued statements and studies contradictory to those emanating from official channels. Further, said official channels have espoused apparently self-contradicting statements on more than one occasion as the days, weeks, and months pass. The inevitable result: general uncertainty - if not outright mistrust - surrounding every aspect of this present scenario. Objectively, even the most basic questions remain hotly debated topics.

Originally intended for internal use only, this project was conducted as a means of providing a purely objective examination of the current situation we find ourselves in, and was initiated merely to satisfy my own personal curiosity. However, the results of this study are of such significance, that I believe it is in the interest of the general public that they be shared openly. As such, this document may be shared, hosted, and republished freely, providing it remains wholly intact.

This report is intended to serve as a general overview of the greater situation, and does not profess to answer each and every question one may have regarding the subject of COVID-19, as our resources are limited. We are a small team, and are subject to prior and ongoing obligations, both internal and contractual.

Methodology

This study was conducted by a team of highly trained and experienced (military-grade) professional remote viewers and students using the Technical Remote Viewing (TRV) method. Standard blind protocol* was strictly adhered to throughout the entirety of the project. Each participant was independently provided solely with a set of target reference numbers (TRNs) (see page 2 of this report) and were instructed to complete a TRV session, to be submitted to the project manager (PM). A second round of blind follow-on work was assigned by the PM to extract additional data. All participants and the PM met for a round table discussion and presentation of the RV-generated data, where preliminary conclusions were drawn while still operating under blind conditions, followed by the revelation of the target, and subsequent final data analysis.

This project was conducted as a topical search**, using non-discreet targeting, in order to allow any relevant data to present itself during the data collection phase, and was supplemented by discreet targeting of the origin of the outbreak, conducted separately and following blind protocol, and is included in this report.

*Note: blind protocol indicates that the project participants were unaware of the nature of their target (which could be literally anything - a person, place, thing, or event, past, present, or future) until all RV session work and preliminary data analysis was complete.

**Note: a topical search is designed to extract any relevant data associated with a given topic, or target, in this case “COVID-19” (coronavirus disease, 2019) and will provide data from an objective, ‘big picture’ perspective. Typically, each individual remote viewer will focus their attention on a different aspect of the target, with some crossover throughout - a division of labour - providing clearly discernible, reliable, and actionable results.

 Abstract

COVID-19 originates from a laboratory. Its release was accidental, however its creation and actions taken after its release represent aggressive intent, the primary aggressor being the Chinese state. The goal of its creation was in service of a global eugenics agenda, assisted by a massive propaganda campaign.

Eventually, this will prove nearsighted on behalf of the aggressors, at a time when those most affected - the general public - become aware of the true nature of events.

Data Results:

Below are the results of each remote viewing session conducted in service of this project. Note that all participants remained blind to the target at the time of the following session descriptions, whereafter final analysis was conducted.

 Session One:

This has something to do with US-China relations. It’s like China let off a bomb or something. There’s an outward movement of these tiny things like atoms, but they don’t dissipate. Well, it will stop eventually…it’s weird.

 This all involves a structure with machinery and a vacuum area where here little atom-like things are. Something about this seems like it’s been stitched together. There’s a by-product that comes out of here. It’s quite destructive, whatever is happening.

 Whatever this is, there has been a heavily adjusted storyline, it’s been misrepresented in the media. What the news reports is not the truth. This thing is like a charging bull. There are lessons to be learned here. I wonder, will the war start?

Session Two:

There is a place where some colleagues are working together. They are focused and quite serious about some ‘stuff’ or material they are working with. There is some sort of a loss of integrity in a particular device, leading to this ‘stuff’ crossing a barrier and escaping. It gets out of this place and billows out and around. This has me quite wary and concerned.

 This is the root cause of a larger situation. This is a major deviation; it’s become a power struggle, an endgame. There is an enemy here. There’s something being hidden about the place where this ‘stuff’ initially propagated from. This needs to be exposed.

Session Three:

This situation involves an individual in pursuit of some grandiose and over-the-top goal, and some device that they are involved with. This involves some sort of holding and isolating, which has consequences. There was some sort of computer error because the individual responsible wasn’t paying attention and things broke down. Now this individual’s fixation is diverted because it’s like they’re dying, then recovering from some illness.

 There are other people involved in trying to ‘un-break’ this situation, but they are both afraid and unwell, themselves. There is some insubordination that eventually leads to a turning point here.

 There is some feeling of hopelessness about solving this problem. There is also high-value in the restoration process after the destruction. This is a redistribution process, but it’s been initiated with a mistake. There remains some question about how practical it is to prevent certain things from happening.

 Session Four:

Something is going on here that can really mess with the head. This whole thing, it’s a mirage. It’s a construct - both literally and metaphorically. What we are seeing and experiencing here may not even be real, it’s really neither here nor there.

 Session Five:

In a single word, the target is: eugenics. This is a global eugenics program. It’s a myopic - or shortsighted - culling. This is for strengthening the genetic culture of the group that is culled; it ends up invigorating, repairing and preserving genetics, ensuring they remain robust. It’s about controlling the genetic strength of the human race.

 This is a massive conversion process, the goal being global programming. It involves a lot of propaganda toward the people who are being killed. It’s like the TV is being used to influence people, to the point of mind control - they’re being brainwashed. This is highly destructive and divisive.

 The problem is that whoever is running this has been nearsighted in doing so, they didn’t think it all the way through. It’s like there was some bad math involved - they made a big mistake. The biggest mistake is that eventually the ‘herd’ finds out that they’re being purposely culled and turn on those running the program. This is horrendous and it’s gone on far too long already.

 The Origin of the Outbreak:

There has been an accident involving someone who looks like they’re wearing a diving suit or something. Following this there is an attempt to ‘scuttle’ the situation.

Conclusions:

 As a whole, the session work gives us a solid understanding of the primary dynamics of the situation, which fall under six distinct categories and are summarized below. Note that it was not our goal to connect any of our findings to any pre-existing narrative, official or otherwise. As such, our final analysis and conclusions are presented independent of any other available information.

 1.    Unnatural Origins

This disease was propagated from a laboratory. Its release was unintentional - or at least premature - the result of an accident, likely an equipment malfunction. Once released, efforts were made to obfuscate the sequence of events leading up to the outbreak.

2.   Aggression

Despite the initial release of the disease being accidental, its mere existence represents some level of aggressive or nefarious intent. The primary aggressor in this case has been named as the Chinese state. The primary recipient has been named as the United States of America. The nature of the aggression is multilateral and highly complex (see 3&4).

3.  Depopulation and Eugenics

The purpose for this disease upon its proliferation is that of a depopulation and eugenics agenda. It is intended to “cull” the general population, resulting in a more robust genetic stock - a “thinning of the herd”.

4.  Propaganda

The information being provided to the general public from politicians and public health officials by way of the mass media is intentionally deceptive. The purpose of such deception is as a means of otherwise unattainable levels of control.

5.   Intended and Unintended Consequences

At the time of publication, the intended consequences of these aggressive actions remain on-track and unhindered. However, eventually these covert actions will be broadly understood and accepted for their true nature.

6.   Outliers

In addition to the above, there were a number of thematically similar yet curious outliers that do not readily or apparently fit into an otherwise extremely coherent narrative. They were, however, prevalent enough in the RV session results to be deemed noteworthy. These include the concept that something about this (virus) has always been here and something about this (virus) originated in space.

 Final Thoughts

 Based on our findings, a coherent and logical overview of the situation can be ascertained. Naturally, the underlying dynamics of a global event occurring (and ongoing) over many months are highly complex, and a number of questions regarding specifics are raised as a result of this report. Again, the finer details are considered outside the scope of this project, which is intended merely to provide a general overview.

 However, most of these details can be readily discerned using the more traditional methods of logical deduction, inference, and otherwise sourced intelligence and research. As such, this report can be considered both a starting point and a touchstone - a reliably objective and fact-based foundation for further investigative efforts.

 This report offers no recommendations on what should be done on an individual to international scale upon completion of such efforts.
